MyArtistryWorld Refund & Return Policy

Our cake and cupcake toppers are handcrafted, made‑to‑order pieces. Because of their personalized nature and strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped. Custom toppers cannot be resold or repurposed, and we take every precaution to ensure each piece is created and packaged with care.

Damaged or defective items:

We understand that, despite our best efforts, rare issues may occur during production or shipping. If your topper arrives damaged or does not meet the specifications of your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@myartistryworld.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the problem and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. This helps us assess the issue and determine the best way to make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit or another suitable resolution. We handle these inquiries on a case‑by‑case basis and strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase.

Order cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 48 hours of placing it. Cancellations requested after 48 hours cannot be accommodated and will not be eligible for a refund.
