Processing Times
All cake toppers are handmade to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks processing time before shipment. In many cases, your order may ship sooner depending on our workload and design complexity.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship orders using a variety of USPS and UPS services. Customers may choose their preferred shipping option at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen service.

Local pickup in Philadelphia, PA is available free of charge (select at checkout).
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Typical USPS and UPS delivery ranges are 2–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also view tracking details in your account under Orders.
Damages or Lost Packages
We carefully package all toppers to arrive safely. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
