Edible Decorations – Terms of Service

  • Order Timing: If your event date is fewer than two weeks from the time of ordering, please contact us first to confirm availability. Rush‑order fees may apply to last‑minute requests.

  • Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed, it may be cancelled within 48 hours. After that, we will have already begun production and cannot offer a refund.

  • Personalized Toppers: Custom figurines are crafted to capture a basic likeness of the subject. While we aim for close resemblance, exact replication is not possible.

  • Use of Images: Photographs of the toppers we create may be used for promotional purposes on our website and marketing materials. We will not publish any personal details alongside these images.

  • Testimonials: We value your feedback. Comments or reviews you provide may be featured on our website as testimonials, again without revealing personal information.

  • Shipping and Handling: Each topper is packaged with care to prevent damage. Because shipping is handled by third‑party carriers, we cannot refund or replace items damaged in transit. We are, however, happy to advise on repairs if any breakage occurs.

  • Payment: Full payment is required to reserve production dates for your toppers. Work will begin only after payment is received.

  • Additional Details: Elaborate props or intricate detailing not included in the original quotation may incur an additional fee. We will discuss any extra charges with you before proceeding.
